No. Old raids are old raids, and not for a very long time if ever should they be upgraded to give current Dlc stats. For instance, vog if ever upgraded should not be until the final Dlc for destiny 2, and to be honest that's early. As a reformed wow player this is something I feel very strongly on. Let the content rest, then when others are leveling up they use it as a training ground like we did. Il be very sad to store my vision in my vault, and it will feel weird not to use it any longer, but it's day will come and I'm perfectly ok with that.
