Praedyth's Timepiece

I wanted to know everyones thoughts on Praedyth's Timepiece. Is anyone fully upgrading it for Croats End or House of Wolves Raids? I don't really like Pulse Rifles, but it has arc damage so I am tempted to start upgrading it.

30 VOG clears. Probably 25 of them hard mode and that effing weapon has never dropped for me.
