-blam!- bungie don't know how to make a game I mean jesus like what lolol but seriously they don't care about your opinions just accept it literally none of the fans opinions are going to be brought into the game unless there is some form of grinding. Don't bother petitioning it isn't going to happen. Ps even if they introduce it it will come with even more -blam!-ing grinding or have some form of controversial mechanic.
