to be honest, as soon as i saw the new scout rifle badger ccl in the Vanguard gun trader, i was thinking... Okay so its like the iron banner one, which is epic. Now if i even get one from an engram ill be lucky enough as is, but if I get one with a good roll ill basically have the best primary weapon without an elemental damage. I honestly never thought it'd actually happen though. It didnt happen through an engram though, i got it from a Vanguard rank up (ranked to 17) came in the mail as the gun itself
