First the VOG is pointless to run because these weapons don't hit the 331 cap . The Vex is the only reason to play it . This is inacceptable and has to change . Second the new Raid weapons suck I don't use any of them. I'm already running out of reasons to play this game and with new games coming this year i'll probably walk away from this game if they don't adjust the VOG weapons to 331 I worked hard to get them. This system of making current raid gear obsolete every time a DLC drops is horrible design . You have a great game here Bungie but your ruining it with this system . All legendary and exotic gear should have a way to level to the new cap we need diversity not forcing us all to have the exact same gear that's a poor design choice . Not to mention the Nightfall drops have become a joke but that's a separate issue.

Nobody works hard for rng drops. It's all luck. If you don't like the way the mechanics of the game work go find something more suited to you. The idea of this game is to alway upgrade then grind then upgrade again. It isn't supposed to have weapons you keep forever except for the exotics and even those you replace along the way.

As far as game mechanics you may find yourself playing with an obsolete fanbase because we all moved on to a game that doesn't force us all to use one set of armor and weapons. There's a woeful lack of armor options in Destiny but whatever enjoy your game. I'll keep playing for now but if the new DLC makes everything obsolete again then i'll go play something else. Eventually a new God of War and Fallout will come along and this game will be history.

Complete if it isn't luck but the drops are all luck. You get them regardless of skill or number of completes. Hard work and video game shouldn't be said together and it's not work if the drop is luck. Lastly, why wait to quit, the model will be the exact same with the next dlc. Up the lvl, make old raid gear obsolete (basically) sell new gear and reward hard raid gear. Grind and go again. You obviously don't like the game. Why continue to play.

Fatebringer is still a power house and will continue to be even at 300 it does more damage

I see no prob with it. Would you rather have waited a year for another Raid? Personally, I am fine with how they are doing things. A game at launch, 2 smaller expansions to keep it moving, a big expansion with 2 more smaller ones. Personally I like that they are spreading it out. As I tell all the other people griping, you know where the door is. Take your game to Gamestop and sell it. Go buy COD. That seems to be more your style.

COD is more my style because I pointed out the obvious? I don't recall saying anything negative at all, so why don't you get off your self righteous pedestal and chill out. You are the one coming off as Mr. MMO and you are wrong by saying that this is the industry standard. Since you have such a plethora of knowledge, you already know this to be true. Do I want to wait a year for another raid? We don't have to wait that long because Bungie has a shorter timetable that they have decided to work with. This doesn't mean that they can't find a way to make the old raid gear viable if they choose to do so. Bungie is making a statement by making their old gear irrelevant in rapid fashion and that is unfortunate. I don't have the answer for what is right or wrong, but if our gear is only good for a month or two, then that will actually hurt this game in the long run in my opinion.

On the otherhand, they are introducing new weapons at the same pace. Out with the old, in with the new. As for the COD comment, just saying, if someone like yourself doesn't like how this franchise is going or unhappy with the game period. Goodbye! It's that easy.
