2 different people. Either way, they would be. Just because they know what to do, doesn't mean they know how. Getting the cohesiveness as a team takes way more practice then you make it out to be.

But let's go bit your logic, if someone knew what to do but now how to carry it out what good are they if you're doing it the original version? They'll be even more clueless.
