Done it plenty of times without cheese and there are too many people that can't do it correctly within 10 tries so why not cheese it if Bungie can't figure it out? The better question is why wouldn't you cheese? Cheesing is an easier, more efficient use of your time, especially if you have done it legit before. It is like saying "Why do you use a cell phone instead of writing a letter and sending it in the mail?" Until they fix it, it makes no sense to do it legit unless you reallllly just like killing Crota legit for the 20th time.
