I'm genuinely curious as to where these other two are. I got the achievements for find all of them, but I still feel incomplete knowing there are two more I need. I know there's one on the Moon that doesn't seem to work for certain people, but Venus? I don't know.

Doing the gate keeper quest. On Venus when you have to scan the conflux, go to your left and follow the bridge. Kill the two axis minotaurs. Behind then there is a hallway that leads to a dlc area that isn't complete. Once you get to the back, there's a gravlift. You can climb up the side of the wall to the left of it then jump inside the gravlift. Takes you to the unfinished dlc. If you get those two ghosts though, I heard you can get banned so I stopped going up there

Go to YouTube and type gravlift on venus

They're not going to ban people for going into an area of the game that's reachable without any glitching. Go get 'em. It's a really cool area up there.

It is a glitch. There's a force field around the gravlift for a reason. Plus, you can see where it is not supposed to be reached. If you jump off the ledge and just fall, you will not die. It isn't prepped for death yet. Look at my videos, I am on the outside of the dome were the gravlift is because I feel down to it
