Anyone else have ghosts that aren't there in the game and you don't have the grimoire card for them either?? I can't get the ghost in that dark room between mothyards and the lootcave area where all the hive acolytes are hiding. I see where it should be in all the guides but it just isn't there. I assumed I already collected it so checked my grimoire and the card for that ghost isn't there either.
