Yeah, people aren't whining that "Gjallarhorn is 2 op!!!" But then once everyone gets a Gjallarhorn and they have to nerf it, then people will direct tons of rage at Bungie and it will altogether be terrible down the road. Honestly, if you ask me they should perhaps have Xur sell it sometime eventually simply to make the demanding part of the fanbase happy, but before that slip in some slight, minor nerfs to the Wolfpack rounds (like maybe a 50% debuff over time) to prevent an uproar against them. That's what I would probably do as a dev, or otherwise just not make Xur sell it.
