I actually use it for the same purpose you described, boss fights.
Typically, against scrub enemies I'll find myself using Mythoclast or Hawkmoon.

Damn, wish I could get Hawkmoon. Sadly, I play Destiny on my Xbox.

Yeah, I actually think that the whole year of exclusivity is kind of cheap. For the strikes its understandable, but Hawkmoon should at least become available once you buy Crota's End or something on Xbox. It is arguably the best primary in the game, after all.

Edited by Recon SR2: 1/3/2015 12:20:46 AMIf there were more strikes, I wouldn't have a problem. But Xbox has 6 strikes, Playstation has 8. We are missing 25% of the available strikes. And replaying the same six strikes gets a little old after a while. But hey, Xbox had exclusive access to Halo for years, and gets extra content early for other games, so it kind of balances out.
