If it's as powerful as you claim then it deserves a nerf. Just because every single person doesn't have it doesn't mean that it should be that powerful. However I think if he does sell it it's not a bad thing. Faster raids and weeklies for all. In what world is that a bad thing? Other than for those people who want to feel like special little snowflakes in a world of generic classes and items.

Yes, exactly ^ and unless you want level 28 teams killing Atheon on hard mode within 2 time's vengeance, then Xur should probably hold onto Gjallarhorn. At least, until the Wolfpack rounds get a little patch at least.
