Same here, quit app, power cycled, rebooted modem, reinstalled, followed process again and it's a endless loop of wasp error. It's something on bungies end.

I have tried clearing the cache, resetting, reinstalling, reinstalling, shutting the wireless off and using a wired connection, nothing works. It can't be my connection bc I've been streaming Netflix, watching YouTube, playing the halo 5 beta, playing dragon age and assassins creed unity all on my Xbox One. It's clearly a Bungie problem since we're all having the same issue. They barely fix one thing and bc they want to make us play the game their way they break something else. So tired of this!
