If you can get 3 head shots in crucible in the tiny window then you deserve to get 3 more bullets. in pve why would you bitch, everything goes faster... The way I see it is you don't have one and your jealous.... Plus the icebreaker has "infinite ammo" With the black hammer if you don't get those 3 crits In you inevitably run out of ammo... If you have 2 bullets left your screwed... That seems to be a balance to me....
