It rewards critical shots. It doesn't just had you ammo for nothing. IB and invective run on a timer. So I save what? 30ish seconds I would just be sitting somewhere waiting on regen by getting head shots?
Sure nerf it. I'll just go back to the other methods of getting unlimited ammo.
