Well, the servitors. But the Fallen doesn't seem to have, were made to think they have, or worship super natural like powers like wizards / hive or the Vex. They're more military / machinery esq, much like the Cabal (Unless there is something mentioned in the Fallen lore about them having powers. Didn't they steal the teleporting from the Vex?)
