Questions for Bungie...
Can you either confirm or deny that all player accounts are given a drop rate percentage number when they are created and that no matter how hard they grind certain items will always be unattainable?
Or confirm/deny that a player's IP address / real world location plays a part in RNG drop rates?

Stop playing for a whole week. Then come back and only use one character for the first week. I guarantee better loot drops.
