Happened earlier this morning in crucible. I really do -blam!-ing hate this weapon but that is what this game does to me...gives me exotics that I despise over and over again. I maxed this out once before and I have no desire/want/need for this weapon. Hell I would even take No Land Beyond before this POS Pulse Rifle. Before the question arises on how I got anxious. The yellow pulsing that happens when you get an exotic level item occured before the picture loaded.
