There is nothing they can do ban wise. Its not messing with your internet/ network connection, which is the ToS thing that people keep talking about. I can't really speak for ps4 users as I don't play destiny on it, but on Xbox one all you have to do it quit the game. The Xbox live party stays active meaning there is nothing happening to the connection.

It taking advantage of an exploit tho which is against the rules
-
Ok, so how exactly can they prove that?
-
By how long the boss was on his knees and how many consequetive strikes landed on him with the sword Also the player quitting at the start
-
Ok, but then you have to ask yourself. How many players have done this? Probably at least half of the raiders in destiny. That would take an insane amount of time to go through the logs of all those fights. Also, with their game already getting bad reviews, do you really think they'll ban a large chunk of their player base? And, not to mention, the only people being banned would be those that actually quit the game, so even after banning a large part of the player base there will still be plenty of people not banned because they weren't the actual person to host/quit the game.

I never mentioned banning anyone, only that it is an exploit
-
Oh, I know it is. I just don't agree with the op that they'll hand out bans.
