Vanguard ROC Legendary Engrams - All depends on RNG...
I have seen people get suros, mida and post about it. I tried roc and guess what i got. NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE LEGENDARY OR EXOTIC. Worst of all, all i got was rare pulse rifles
