Network manipulation is a banable offence and was agreed to in the code of conduct. So yes, this is in the realm of cheating in the eyes of Bungie, or at least the code of conduct.

Nobody is manipulating the network... They are using a feature built into their console to quit a game. It cannot be the players fault if quitting out of an application on their console causes a internal reaction from a game that it is no longer part of. Nobody is hacking bungies servers or changing code. Bungie should actually play the games they create to find these things out instead of dumping it out to the public for the public to find. They should be embarrassed about how both of their raids have turned into the laughable content they are.

This is literally the definition of network manipulation and has caused bans in multiple other games. Look it up, I'm not going to argue in favour of facts, they speak for themselves and people on here are simply too dense to understand things.

The problem is that without keystrokes, they cant prove it was deliberately done with that intent. And since most of the time, it is discussed in voice chat, there is no record. Even if you record it, depending on the state and lawyer, they can sue you for doing so without their consent, and say that they had a reasonable expectation of privacy. Is it REALLY worth that headache? Not at all. Just let them use their exploit and wait for Bungie to fix it. Otherwise, put on your big boy panties and walk away. The bigger man is the one who can walk away without crying like a child on message boards.

I love when people come on here and talk about "being the bigger man". -blam!- you, you little bitch shit fág. This is the internet, there is no "bigger man" here, all of us are children to eachother. Since you started talking about lawyers and shit, I can only assume you're quite new here, you're welcome for the lesson in how to not look like a white knight who takes it from his dad every day.

Hmpf. So vulgar, and obviously uneducated... I'll show you how it's done. Toodles, kiddo.
-
Obviously uneducated? What an excellent way to describe posts with perfect spelling and grammar, once again, obviously this is all new to you, so I'll let it slide. But in the future: only use "uneducated" when the person is actually illiterate, or you just look like a guy who has nothing else better to say and uses the first elitist insult that comes to your tiny brain. I'd even argue that my posts were far more educated than yours, at least in terms of how people view the Internet, good try though my friend, you'll get there.
