Instead of reporting of them why not just leave them and play with others? If they cheese, so what! Report someone if they hack or actually do something that matters. I bet you would be pissed off if someone reported you for cheesing or doing a small glitch and you got banned for it. Just play the game and don't play with cheesers if you dont like them, simple as that. Also don't go and "hunt" down cheesers, all your doing is pissing more people off and in the end you're not making a difference. G'day and have a good holiday~
