Last night was a night many of us were looking forward to. Almost like a Destiny Christmas of sorts. "I'm gonna get my nightfall loot AND raid loot! We're gonna wreck everything!" Spirits were high. But sadly, RNGesus and other powers that be cancelled Christmas. It began with our wrecking of nightfall where Paz529 and I got snubbed with 11 energies and a shitty legendary auto rifle. Thanks RNGesus. Then came the time for the raid. First off, one of our original members, Thaimyhands, was having major connection problems and had to sit out. So, despite it being a small handicap, we brought in our friend Willacus, who's a great player but hasn't had the time/luck to have fully maxed out weapons but just reached level 30. So begins the raid... We started out AMAZINGLY, getting through all parts of the raid with no problem and no deaths. We made our way to the final battle in no more than 20 minutes. FANTASTIC! But that's where things went horribly wrong... To avoid tedious descriptions, I'll list some of the outrageous glitches and bugs that took place: -Teammate dropped dead from "misadventure" 3 times for NO REASON. -With basically NO HEALTH, Crota warped from on his knee to a 20 feet away murder of our swordbearer -Random deaths from apparently nothing. And here's the most discouraging thing of all: After being screwed by Crota with no health, we gave it our best shot yet, bringing that bastardized down to 35% in just 2 sword waves. After wrecking the two ogres, we made our way back into position, fully ready to complete this shit show. Then, one of our teammates suddenly dies! "IT'S OK!" Wreck the oversoul! We destroyed the oversoul in the quickest time I've seen before. "YES!" Everyone dies. It was then when our spirits were truly crushed. We made about 3 more serious attempts, all played excellently, but kept getting bugged out. Our swordbearer couldn't take the bullshit and the pressure anymore, so we had to call it quits. And that is how Crota cheesed us... Until next time...here's our lesson learned... [b]"Kids...you can do everything right in life but either way, you're going to die."[/b]
