I clicked no because of a few reasons.
1. They didn't do something client side to make this happen. Disconnecting isn't really cheating or hacking, even if it just so happens to lock the boss up in a vulnerable position. That's bad on Bungie's part for not play testing the raid before releasing it. Then again they wanted to drop it three month's into the game's life ... far too soon if you ask me but that's why it's such shit. Three months isn't enough time to pump out quality work, hence the rehashed missions and Eris's generic ( and degrading if you ask me, she's a -blam!-ing hero for Christ's sake ) position in the tower.
2. Nobody got banned over pushing the Templar and/or Atheon off the edges. Everybody knew the AI was coded to walk away from grenades so it was only a matter of time before someone tried it on a raid boss. You can't let one group slide and punish the other, not unless the DLC had explicit ULA warnings about exploits being ban-able. Then it's up to the person to decide if it's worth it or not.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
