Using flaws in the AI logic they programmed is one thing. Abuses relating to their network is another. That said, I don't think a ban is the appropriate response, especially since their network is shit as it is. It doesn't give them an unfair advantage over other players. Just fix the bug, make people do it legit (or find a new exploit), and move on.
