No because banning ppl is a bit too harsh. As you still purchase a game for money etc.

I didn't know there were rules. All it says in the raid is to kill Crota. Doesn't say how.

By signing up to psn. Etc. You agree to the terms. Which are rules. Technically it's your Job to read them. So that's basically your own fault not knowing there are rules

Because you break the rules in that particular game. Not necessarily other games.

XBL/PSN would ban you from their service if you hack or mod. Exploiting something in a game already wouldn't be big enough for them to ban you.

Well there's big difference between hacking and modding than exploiting a glitch. And well. I can't exactly say what their reasons is. I can only explain what I believe

There is no rules over using non competitive exploits, hacking yes but glitches nah

Depends how the categorize that glitch. You don't hear about ppl getting banned for walking through a wall atleast I haven't.
