Its not gonna drop heavy with every kill but its should be a lot more than normal. I noticed that you are more likely to get heavy from tougher enemies like a captain over a dregs. If that doesn't work talk to lizard squad they did it.

Dont think anyone would WANT it to be every guy, but would like somthing reasonable like 1 every 10 guys or so. Also no tougher guys do NOT drop more often, played Siege got 5 total Heavy drops about 3 or possibly 4 of them where off of THRALLS, and last one was off the Final Ogre after the damn Mission is finished. Until they make Wings a LOT better they arnt worth the slot.

I'm sure that it isn't gonna be on every kill, yes. What I noticed is there doesn't seem to be an increase [i]at all.[/i] I don't know about the dregs and captain things, but I'm gonna find out. I'm pretty sure it's not lizard squad. Thanks anyway.
