I loved Resident Evil 3, scared the piss out of me when I was younger, probably couldn't even replay it now with the tanky controls hahaha But ya RE 4 and 5 was resident evil at its best, I can't chose between the 2. The remake of 1 is also great.

I don't have a list, but GTAV actually made me care about (and laugh about) it's 3 main characters.
