YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

I did the Nightfall about 2 weeks ago with my step brother who lives in the same house, and I got my 4th plug.one fusion rifle. He got Ice Breaker 2.0.

I have played vault of glass on hard since its release, i beat it the first time on hard about a month later, but ever since i have not recieved anything but shards and energy from the raid. I have played the nightfall 4 weeks in a row with all 3 characters and only recieved shards as a rewards. and not to mention the fact i have watched numerous exotic weapons and gear being handed to my friends who are playing in the lobbies I am. The new raid i have had to restart a titan 3 times a week just to get 3 out of 4 of the raid armour and i have gotten none of the raid weapons yet. so as far as loot drops I have been given the worst on my friends list. wanted to compare with the rest of the gamers. (FYI i never recieved the ice breaker/vex mythoclass. missed the icebreaker sale from xur because of a university deadline and still havent been given the vex as a reward from the cursed raid. I have over 500 ascendant shards and energy each. I also have 30 radiant energy and just finished getting my titan to level 32. now to restart one of my open slots as a different character and grind to hell for them as well.)

First CE chest got the icebreaker, Second CE checkpoint I got the willbreaker gauntlets. Shards and energies followed the next few loot drops until crota. A second icebreaker and the helmet..... This in no way was the worst loot drop. But annoying because I got 2 icebreakers..... This was my first exotic drop from a raid. I am still to get an exotic to drop from the VOG.

Soloed the nightfall took around two hours got 10 coins and a blue helmet. Yay

This weekend me and 5 others decided to run the Atheon checkpoint three times in a row to try and get the Vex Mythoclast. None of us had it so we were hoping a few would end up getting it. The guy in our group who had only beaten the hard raid once before got the Vex after the first completion and no one else did. No big deal since we were just hoping someone would get it. Then he got it on the second run while no one else did. We were a little pissed but we had one more run to go. Then he got it a third time and no one else did. We are all still pissed about this. Three Atheon kills in a row by 6 players. Only one player gets the Vex and he got it all three times. RNGesus is cruel

I'll speak for my allies in a crucible match. I was playing iron banner the first time it came around. My wife was talking to me and distracting me the entire time. End kd: .35 end reward: hard light.

I was doing the daily. My buddy jumps in after the final enemy is killed and the rewards screen pops up. He gets a purple heavy engram that turns into Ghallerhorn. I still don't have that rocket launcher.

Loot drops are so mind blowing.. When I did CE's with my Warlock I got an entire set the first week minus helmet, I just made a Hunter and went through entire thing and got nothing but energies.. I've never got a single thing dropped to me in any Vanguard strikes.

2 RepliesHmm what should I pick. So many options. How about running vault of glass every week before the dlc and never getting gloves. And seeing a guy get double fatebringer drop. Or how about getting plan c four times. I am so sick of that gun. How about getting no land beyond from crota the week after xur sold it. I bought the don't touch me gauntlets and then got them in an engram as well. Running 25 roc strikes and only getting a ship? No purple engrams, no exotics. Just a ship. Oh yeah, and getting only shards or energy from crota. That really makes me mad, especially the time I spent 4 hours beating him legit to only get shards.

Whole raid (first time through vog on my third character) no weapons or armor just shards and fourth chatter white. Rngesus heard my cries though as I then went and killed Atheon on my Titan and got mytho (which I don't like but know some want desperately so I'll try and not sound too ungrateful).

Legendary decoherent engram that the craptarch turned into 2 ascendant energy. Worst nightfall reward ever.
