We've been running an investigation on this and I added your information to the report. I have a question for this investigation:
Is this scenario similar to what you experienced? If not, could you let me know what the scenario is in the same format?
1. You log in with character A
2. You receive the Sparrow message in that character's mail bucket
3. Without visiting the mail vendor and collecting the sack, character A is deleted
4. You later sign into character B and can no longer get the item

I have a similar issue but on a 360 system, i actually received the sparrow before the 9th, I even used it, then on Dec. 25 poof it was gone along with my ship, loading screen will just have the planet. Special orders next to the postmaster does not have the EV-30 ether. I actually switch between two home 360's. My sons account is not affected but when we play he does not see my ship ether and it does not matter which system i use.....

No,actually it's more like this: 1.I sign in with character A 2.I don't receive the message 3I haven't deleted character A(if it refers to the character which was created first when I started playing.) I have deleted a character,but it was well before the november 18th(it was a titan that I hadn't used for awhile though) and never received a message that said I had received a sparrow at my postmaster eventhough I was eligible for it on the 18th of november.
