[SGA] Don't waste Motes of Light Reforging old Iron Banner weapons - they don't get the new Attack stat!
Just tried rerolling a Timur's Lash, new one was still [b]248/300[/b].

I wanna know why the hell we can't upgrade peruns fire or even re roll the old weapons we PAID for but only ones we won through IB...
