It is player advantage. You just have poor gun skill, or your guns are not even maxed out.
Want to really know to see if player advantage is real? Go in to a game as a level 20-25..,,
You will see the difference.
If you are 31. Players in a 3 skill difference from you are able to compete easily against you. If not...you are a challenge.
Thus..players level 31,30,29, and 28 can out gun you. Didn't you read anything Bungie states involving IB??
If you get killed by anything lower than a 28, you just suck.

Lol sucking or lag... Depends on the situations for me!! Seriously though, I read what Bungie put out but evidently not enough to find out that there is a teeny tiny difference between 29-31. I thought this would be a "bigger" gap in levels, but in actuality there is hardly any. So yeah it's standard crucible with a small toss to those with fully leveled guns and higher level. I am at that point, but do not notice a big difference between this and normal crucible except on like 26-27s without lag. Meh it's what''ev, it's annoyingly laggy for me as of late so who knows
