Let me just say.

So I am pretty new to the group and a father of 2 who rarely has time to do anything. I work in corrections, go to school full time and have my wife and children who I try to spend as much time with as possible. When I found this group I was really excited because I don't have many friends who want to play Destiny let alone with me and my crazy schedule. But tonight as I was putting my 9mo old down for the night I was trying to play Destiny on my vita on a scrappy connection to get some rep and maybe a mission or two. That is when I tried to join a member here on a strike and did. I warned him that I was on my vita and my connection was crap and my daughter was teething so I might have to jump off to do the trademarked walk while shushing and constant back pats. The memeber helped me insanely and was really polite about it. I completed my first heroic strike and it was all thanks to the DoD and his understanding of my situation. Thanks again thegreataus!

  • Good to hear! That's what we do...been part of a group that pushed another guardian into a safe corner while he was tending a young one with upset tummy, he made it back just in time to see the loot from the nightfall...you'll find community is more than just a word here.
