Here's a simple solution! give the players the ability to use either marks with the factions instead of only PVP marks! another option give the players the ability to buy marks with glimmer say 1,000 glimer for 1 mark (vanguard or crucuible) so that the marks will hold their high value... god know's I can't use glimer for anything else and I've been capped for over two weeks now.
