I had the same exact drop but exchange TLW with Monte Carlo.

Ah the monte carlo, still want that.

Only problem was even post-patch for TDB it still dropped the old one so I gotta convert it.. :(

Ah...well I got the old vex and last word, so i'll have to visit xur as well

The Vex should automatically be at the new level with the patch so you will only have to deal with TLW which was at Xur this week for upgrading.
