I've had that happen when I was in first grade also, I was feeling really nauseous and I asked them to not make me go. About 2 or so hours after I had gotten there I threw up in the hall and then threw up in the bathroom on the floor(couldn't make it to the toilet). Felt fine afterwards but I still got sent home.
