Once you spawn in the Tower, go to [b]Special Orders[/b] (should be directly in front of you). You can get the Sparrow there. If it's not there, I don't know what is going on.

Me neither... It' kinda curious because I did delete a character,but it was well before the tumbler was even announced and I hadn't played it for a while
