Vault Of Glass Rewards

Could someone please explain to me why every single time I've run the Vault of glass on normal, for the past month, I keep getting "found verdict" after the Templar and "Chatterwhite + 2 ascendent energy" after Atheon????

I got the same thing man the reward system is shit i got 5 corrective measure i have done the raid like 20 Times every week with 2 characters and i got shit i dont even got the vision of confluence and the atheon epolugue
