maybe its the spirit of crota (story boss) and the will of crota (strike boss). we was expecting them all to be in the raid but its still possible with the hard mode of the raid.

Oh ok. I get it. Those story missions were his other forms. Guess people called it when they said Crota was just gonna be a larger Knight....
