Doubt I'll be on that late but here's some help...the new cheese spot for Yoko Ono (Omnigul), requires at least two Guardians... link to the video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmGU8x8wgrU&list=UUDhw0gjVNLLoUrGQHNEsKAA edit: additional notes...when you get to the last room clear the first wave and then make your way to the spot in the video by running under the bridge that Yoko Ono stands on. Once in the room the Guardian up top stays up there to constantly revive the one down below. Guy down below should have the highest damage arc weapons to get it done as quickly as possible.
