Time to take a stand!

Happy with the EULA

Screw The sneaky EULA amendments

125

Too long have we put up with the worsening state of the game, i certainly didnt pay hard earned cash for a game that at times is unplayable (because of the rampant zoo animals released upon each update) and has had pivotal content restricted. Bungie recently changed the EULA (conveniently in time for the lockout) so they can remove or restrict content (mainly to the players not paying for the dlc id assume). Now i havent personally read the EULA as it never appeared when i updated the game to check how the updates are (shite as i expected) but every single player is being duped by a company that released a game nothing like was shown before release. Anybody willing to add quotes of the EULA agreement would be appreciated as i cant seem to find it. Now is the time to fight back at bungie, as it wont be long before the next screw over and if they can lock non-payers from base game content what else will they take from them? When will limitation of our progress and variety of activities come to an end or get to the point where its unplayable without payment? I have given up on the game but not the money i paid for it. The only word from bungie i have seen regarding the most recent outrage (weekly/nightfall) is that the new strike is in rotation and base game strikes will return in weeks to come, which was through twitter. Where is the apology? Devoted fans of bungie and this is how we are repayed for years of support (if your a ps player dont bother yappin about your lack of halo, you had uncharted and it was amazing and not sold into the cash cow halo has become) the players falling victim to bungies new tyranous ways apparently arent even worthy of the usual bs excuses we are usually given. To be clear, if you enjoy the game and are undoubtably happy with the way it is being handled then congratulations to you, i wish you many hours of prosperous gameplay but i for one have had enough and urge others who feel the same to unite and actually attempt to make a change in the right direction.

This means the content was always there, all bungie did was open the double doors leading to new areas and activate the quests. All the old weapons have been replaced by the new ones, the story missions are short and take place partly in old areas, and most of the weapons and armour are available without the expansion, so there really isn't anything much in the way of "more" content. The dark below is not so much an expansion as a slight swelling. That said, I'm still playing and enjoying, I just don't think the dlc was worth the price tag. If they don't do better with the next one (which if I haddent already paid for, I would seriously be thinking about not getting.) there's no way I'm getting 3 and 4, you have one chance bungie to turn this around, don't blow it!
