Edit 3: THE END IS UPON US. THE TIME IS NIGH. Its almost raid time, guys. Saturday @ 10:00am EST. First come, first serve. Must be at least level 30 (enemies at crota are Level 32 so level 29 Guardians will not be carried....no mean feelings, just really difficult to carry when you don't know what youre doing yourself lol). This will mostly be for fun as we can attempt the first few parts as many times as we want before we start advancing through "other means" (no one is opposed to cheese in my group...that is law. I attempt as many times before the group gets tired and just wants to advance). SEE YOU STARSIDE! Add me if you haven't already. DV-Insomiac EDIT 1: It looks like this raid will go semi smoothly and just require summoning and killing crota. I can solo the first part easily enough (I've done it for a group for rewards, just had them wipe while I ran), and my brother and I are going to attempt to 2 man the second part with a trick I found (requires sunsinger warlock). So that's 2 easy rewards every week. This isn't as bad as I thought lol. EDIT 2: This Saturday at 10am EST, I will be jumping online. There will be no list, just first come first serve. Add me and jump on as soon as you can and we will run CE when we get a full 6. I failed to be a good boy at Christmas and opened my presents early. Aka, I could not let the raid be a surprise and started watching streams on it. I wont spoil any specific details for those that wish to join. CROTAS END RAID: It was scheduled for this Saturday but it will now be next Saturday the 20th. The reason being is the party is recommended to be at LEAST level 31 (don't pay attention to the level requirement). The final portion of the raid sees level 32 enemies so 30s will be -blam!-ed easily. Also, bring 2 different loadouts... -loadout 1: CQC with large magazines and/or fast realods -loadout 2: Medium to long distance with rocket lauchers (trust me, this loadout needs it) All will become clear once you play/watch. So to recap... -level 31+ for not-as-screwed run -2 loadouts as described above (maxed weapons will help big time, regardless if they are pre or post dlc) -lone wolfing WILL get you killed more than ever. No heroics. If people cannot reach level 31 before then (I am working on passing level 30, then require one more piece for 31), then 30s will be welcome, so don't be afraid to apply if you do not think you can reach 31.
