I would like to know this too. I would hate to risk losing everything by playing the game. So far everything is fine but it would be nice to have an update so we know for sure if it's fixed or not.

  • I'm still trying to get clarification on the recent statement. From what I understand though, nothing is currently safe and they have no fix or current solution to the still occurring issue. However, the way they worded it makes me curious if they actually understood my question or if they were only answering to answer. I'm currently trying to find out if "we have no additional information to share regarding character data loss." applies to just character loss, or rather they meant to include lost inventory and vault storage items. I also have no idea why they would rather contact me with forum messages vs just replying in public in this thread, rather odd...
