I am sorry but you are not correct. I know exactly what I received. It was as I described above. I had only 5 engrams on my person. All 5 were legendary. And I received the coin, mote of light, 4 ascendant energy and a worthless Fusion Rifle.

You are providing false information. Seeing as strange coins are not in the Loot table for legendary engrams.

Not that it makes me feel any better. The shards are worthless to me as I already had over 150 of them. Bottom line: YOU were 100% correct and I was 100% wrong. You cannot get a strange coin from legendary. I am sorry to have wasted our time arguing when I was wrong. Thank you for being cool about it though.
