Thank you for your genuine comment. I totally agree, if that is I had known newer plasmas were still prone to this. I researched heavily before making the choice. Most (not all) new plasma models hold up fine to gaming, and even my model in a video review on CNET was rated as the top gaming TV of 2013 (the year it came out) as time goes on, it turns out this model is prone to IR. I understand I'm asking to be accommodated, but many, in fact most FPS now have this feature, so I feel it's a fair request.
