If you are such a strong gamer it would probably make sense to buy an led TV. I totally understand your point and feel for you. But it seems like you're asking for them to accommodate to a television type that is on its way out, kinda like asking Sony to put an rgb input on the ps4 because your TV doesn't do hdmi. Just make sure you are buying a purification that fits your interest instead of buying a different product that doesnt fit your interest and then wonder why it didnt.

  • Thank you for your genuine comment. I totally agree, if that is I had known newer plasmas were still prone to this. I researched heavily before making the choice. Most (not all) new plasma models hold up fine to gaming, and even my model in a video review on CNET was rated as the top gaming TV of 2013 (the year it came out) as time goes on, it turns out this model is prone to IR. I understand I'm asking to be accommodated, but many, in fact most FPS now have this feature, so I feel it's a fair request.
