Don't hate on me for this.... I'm quite happy with the dlc. I think of the work gone into it. Tons of new armour across 3 classes, new weapons, 3 maps for crucible, the strikes, a raid to work out and accomplish. As people have said for what? The price of a good meal? Admittedly I was hoping for more story but I've paid the same for just maps before now. Its not that the dlc is naff, its that expectations are just way too high because its bungie. As for blocking nightfalls, I have faith in bungie and they'll rectify it in one way or another , sooner rather than later. This isn't world of Warcraft. We aren't paying a prescription...... Not to bungie anyway. Just accept it for what it is. High quality new content.
