A timer would be exploited, someone would just move every now and then. We need a vote system. And if the other person doesn't vote or they are a part of a fireteam, then we need to just leave. I think the voting system is the best option. Something needs to be done, people doing this ruin the Destiny experience that Bungie holds so dear
