Loot by kill wont work. Often times people are thrown it at the end or players jump in to help friends who have had teammates quit or get booted. 1st issue is easy, get rid of "strike w/o dying" bounty 2nd issue of marks/loot is a bit tougher to handle. You cant even do an activity check bc there are trolls who will just stay semi active. You also cant have a boot option as trolls on the other side of the coin would boot someone to clear a space for their friend to join at the end of the strike.
