Im not In total disagreement with you but do you feel that someone who drops in at the end just to watch the final boss die should get anything? Yeah it would suck to sit in a few loading screens but it only really effects them for another minute of their life. And lets be honest, how often does the game actually drop people in at the last few hits of the boss. the matchmaking system for strikes still rarley refills my games when people leave despite the last patch that was supposed to fix the rate it dropped players in.

Ive been dropped into strikes close to a boss when someones team was down to 1. It was Phogoth and I helped the guy beat him, he was having a hard time on his own. He messaged me to thank me for not just leaving because he didnt want to just leave after the other guys rage quit when they wiped a couple of times. Took us like 4 minutes together to kill Phogoth, but still, should I not get rewarded for playing the game? Because if I were matchmade and I knew I was gonna get nothing, I would have left, and that would have screwed over the guy whos matchmade team mates rage quit on him. Seems some people care too much about what others get, and constantly want things taken away. Again, I didnt choose to get dropped at the boss just as much as the other dude didnt choose to be left behind.
